EPDM
EPDM, or rubber, is a black, single-ply membrane applicable for use in both low-slope and steep-slope conditions. EPDM roof systems can be installed in three manners - fully adhered, mechanically fastened and ballasted. Laps in adjoining membrane sheets are seamed with tape.
TPO
TPO membrane comes in a variety of colors including white, gray and tan and can be used in both low-slope and steep-slope conditions. TPO roof systems are typically either fully adhered or mechanically fastened with heat welded seams.

Metal roof systems come in a variety of colors and can be installed in both low-slope and steep-slope conditions. The primary component of the metal roof system is the metal panel, which is mechanically fastened to the underlying substrate. Adjacent panels are either lapped or crimped to secure watertightness.
